Each one listen, what they want to listen!!

Once upon a time Lord Buddha was giving discourse to his disciples, during end of the session, he told to his disciples “Do your duty before going to sleep”.  One of the disciple wake up with deep consolation and says "my duty is meditation" and he went  away.

At the same time one thief was passing that side and he listen to Buddha’s statement “Do your duty before going to sleep”,  with deep consolation, he says my duty is “doing robbery as much as possible” and he went away.

At the same time one prostitute was passing that side and she listen to Buddha’s statement “Do your duty before going to sleep”, with deep consolation, she says my duty is “getting a rich customer” and she went away.

See friends, Lord Buddha’s statement remain same, but the interpretation of the individual varies. Each interpretation depends on mirror reflections of individual. Most of the cases, interpretations depend on individual’s phobia. each one listen, what they want to listen, few of them won't listen at all. 

This story has great significance in today’s world. Most of the time, when we see things with polluted and dogmatic eyes, everything appears as pollution. Because of that, stress levels in the body will increase and create health disorders. If we can do the meditation regularly, we can release the pollution from our mind, body and soul. Our vision will be clearer with cleansed eyes, and then we can see the truth as is.

-Meditation is a medication for all.

SILENCE

Be Silent for an hour.

Take Breath..Concentrate On your Breath..Observe the  flow of breath in each part of your body.

It is the process of searching for an unknown within you.

You may not know who will come, but he will come.

You may not know what you listen, but you will listen.

You may not know what you see, but you will see.

You wait for an unknown, never heard & never seen guest.

Be ready to accept him, God within you will awake & change your world!!!

Past Life...!!!

నాకు చిన్నతనం నుంచి ఒక సందేహం ఉండేది!!!  ఈ గత జన్మలు జాతకాలు, రాసి ఫలాలు ఉన్నాయా !! అని.  అది చూడడం కోసం, జన్మ సమయం, జన్మ స్థలం అన్ని చూసే వారు.. ఎందుకా... అని, నా  బుర్ర వేడెక్కి పొయ్యేది.  ఒకో సారి నేను అలా చూసే వాళ్ళని వెర్రి వాళ్ళు అనుకోనేవాన్ని. తర్వాత కొంత కాలానికి నాకు ఒక ఆలోచన వచ్చింది. ఏమిటంటారా !!!! దానిని ఒక కథ రూపంలోచెప్తాను.

ఒక రోజు జాక్ అనే వాడు.. బైక్ మీద చాల వేగంగా..ఎంతో ఆత్రంగా వెళ్తూ ఆక్సిడెంట్ కి గురి అవుతాడు..అతను స్పృహ కోల్పోయి..హాస్పిటల్ బెడ్ మీద చేరతాడు. slow గా  అతని  subconscious mind. జరిగిందంతా అతనికి ఒక సారి రీప్లే చేస్తుంది...

ఒక గంట క్రితం అతను బైక్ కి బ్రేక్ వేసి ఉంటె, అతను ఈ టైం కి తన గర్ల్  ఫ్రెండ్ తోటి పార్క్ లో చక్కర్లు కొడుతుండే వాడు...

ఒక రోజు క్రితం అతను తన గర్ల్ ఫ్రెండ్ ని కలవక పొయ్యుంటే.. అతను ముంబై  లో తన కొత్త జాబులో కొత్త ఆఫీసు లో ఉండేవాడు....
ఒక వారం రోజుల క్రితం అతను ఇంటర్వ్యూ కి వెల్ల కుండ ఉంటె పాత జాబు లో,పాత ఆఫీసు లో మేనేజర్ ని తిట్టుకుంటూ... కునుకు తీస్తూ ఉండేవాడు....

ఒక నెల రోజుల క్రితం అతను తన చిన్నప్పటి ఫ్రెండ్ ని కలవక పోతే తను కొత్త జాబు గురించి ఆలోచించేవాడు కాదేమో....

ఒక  సంవత్సరం క్రితం తను ఫెయిల్  ఇన సైన్సు పరీక్ష  రాసి పాస్ అవ్వకపోతే.. అతను ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న జాబు లో ఉండే వాడు కాదేమో...

అలాగే 10 సంవత్సరాల క్రితం వాళ్ళ అమ్మ తనని బలవంతంగా స్కూల్ లో చేర్పించక పోయ్యిoటే...అప్పటి ఫ్రెండ్, ఇప్పటి  రౌడి షీటర్ రాబర్ట్ తో ఉన్దేవాదేమో......

చాలా సున్నితం గా గమనిస్తే ముందు  చెప్పిన విషయాలలో ఏ ఒక్కటి జరగక పోయినా.,.అతను ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితికి బిన్నంగా ఉండే వాడు.... అలాగే మనం జన్మించే సమయం, స్థలం, సంప్రదాయం, బాష  అన్నికూడా మన భవిష్యత్ ని నిర్ణయిస్తాయి అని నేను నమ్ముతున్నాను....ఇంకా మనం శక్తి ని సృష్టించలేము..నాశనము చెయ్యలేము కాని అది ఒక రూపం లోనుంచి మరో రూపానికి మారుతూ ఉంటుంది. కనుక ఆత్మలు, గత జన్మలు ఉన్నాయన్న విషయాన్ని ఆ సూత్రం బలపరుస్తోంది.

ఇక jack విషయానికి వస్తే... ఇదే విధంగా అతని subconscious mind గతం లోకి వెళుతూ, అతనిని తన తల్లి గర్బం దాటి తన పూర్వ జన్మలోనికి తీసుకు వెళ్ళింది..

గత జన్మలో అతను ఒక టీచర్ అని తెలుసుకున్నాడు... ఇప్పటి తన మేనేజర్ గత జన్మలో అతని స్టూడెంట్.. రోజు అతనిని ఎక్కాలు చెప్పమని, గుణింతాలు రాయమని విసిగించేవాడు... అప్పుడు అర్థమైంది అతనికి .. ఈ జన్మలో తన మేనేజర్ అతన్ని ఎందుకు విసిగిస్తున్నాడో.....ఆ  స్టూడెంట్ లో తన మేనేజర్ ని చూసుకొని తనివి తీరా నవ్వుకున్నాడు..

అలాగే ఇప్పటి అతని గర్ల్ ఫ్రెండ్ గత జన్మలో అతని భార్య.. అతను ఎప్పుడు ఇంటికి త్వరగా వచ్చే వాడు కాదు.. ఎప్పుడు స్కూల్ లోనే ఉండి పిల్లలని వేదించేవాడు...ఆ విషయం లో తరచు భార్య తో గొడవ పడేవాడు...అప్పుడు అర్థమైంది తనకి .. తన గర్ల్ ఫ్రెండ్ దగ్గరికి అంత ఆత్రంగా డ్రైవ్ చేసుకుంటూ వెళ్ళడానికి కారణం....

ఇప్పటి రాబర్ట్ అనే వాడు తన బాల్య మిత్రుడు మరియు అదే స్కూల్ లో తన సహఉద్యోగి, ఇద్దరు మంచి స్నేహితులు, అతని  స్నేహం తో జాక్ ఎన్నో దుర అలవాట్ల కు గురి అవుతాడు. కాని ఒకసారి వారిద్దరి మధ్య డబ్బు విషయం లో తేడా వచ్చి, విడిపోవడం జరుగుతుంది. అప్పుడు జాక్ చాలా భాదపడి. డబ్బు వాళ్ళ సంబందాన్ని చెడగొట్టిందని తిట్టుకుంటాడు....తర్వాత కొన్నిరోజులకి అతని తో పాటు , అతని ద్వార వచ్చిన దురలవాట్లు కూడా దూరమవడం, అతని కి సంతోషాన్ని ఇస్తుంది. అంతటి తో అతను ఎప్పుడు రాబర్ట్ తో స్నేహం చెయ్యకూడదు అని నిర్ణయించుకుంటాడు. అప్పుడు అర్థమైంది తనకి .. ఈజన్మలో రాబర్ట్ తొ  స్నేహం కంటిన్యూ కాకపోవడానికి గల కారణం...

ఈ విధంగా గత జన్మలో ప్రయాణిస్తున్న జాక్ ని సడన్ గా ఎవరో తట్టినట్టు అనిపించి కళ్ళు తెరచి చూసాడు, ఎదురుగా తన తల్లి , పక్కనే అతను ఎంతగానో ప్రేమించే గర్ల్ ఫ్రెండ్ సుజి కనిపించారు. వారిని చూస్తూనే అతని కళ్ళు చమర్చాయి. అంతలోనే తన మేనేజర్, ఫ్రెండ్ & రౌడి షీటర్ రాబర్ట్ గది లోకి ప్రవేశిస్తూ పలకరించారు.

వారందరినీ చూసిన తర్వాత అతనికి పట్టరాని సంతోషం వేసింది. వారిది జన్మ జన్మల బంధం అని తెలిసాక ఎంతో సంతోషించాడు, అతని మేనేజర్ పైన, రాబర్ట్ పైన తనకి ఉన్న అభిప్రాయం మార్చు కున్నాడు. గత జన్మ జ్ఞాపకాలని తలచుకొని తనలో తానే నవ్వుకున్నాడు.

ఈ కథ ద్వారా నేను తెలుసుకున్నవిషయం ఏమిటంటే, మనం ఇప్పుడు కలిసే ప్రతి ఒక్కరిని మరియు అనుభవించే ప్రతి సంగటన. మన గతం తో ముడిపడి  ఉంటుంది. మనం చేసే ప్రతి మంచి/చెడు పనికి   దాని కి సంబందించిన పాజిటివ్/నెగిటివ్ పరిణామాలు ఉంటాయి.  కనుక మన consciousness అనేది మనం చేసే పనులను బట్టి ఒక రూపం లోనుంచి మరొక రూపం లోకి మారుతూ నిరంతరం సాగుతూ ఉంటుంది. మనం మంచి పని చేస్తే శక్తి ఉన్నత రూపాలలోకి మారుతుంది, చెడ్డ పని చేస్తే చెడ్డ రూపాల లోకి మారుతుంది. అంటే ఆఫీసు లో ఉద్యోగికి వచ్చే Promotion & Demotion లాగ. కనుక మనకు జరిగే ప్రతి సంగటన మరియు దానికి మన నుండి వచ్చే response ఎప్పుడూ Count అవుతూ ఉంటాయి.

“am I getting angry at my partner?”

Hi Friends,

I would like to tell you a funny story…about a boy. 

Once a boy was in love with a girl, one fine day he proposed his love to that girl, but she rejected his love. He was utterly disappointed, with lot of grief, he decided to forget her, in that process, he followed different ways…

First he spoke to a Cigarette and Conversation was like this….

Boy:  Oh!! Dear Cigarette, I would like to forget my girl, will you help me?
Cigarette observed him and said.
Cigarette: Oh!! Boy I am so sorry there is no vacancy in your lungs, It has already occupied by that girl. I am really sorry I am helpless.

With deep disappointment, Boy approached a Liquor bottle and Conversation was like this…..

Boy: Oh!! Dear Liquor bottle, I would like to forget my girl, will you help me?
Liquor observed him and said.
Liquor Bottle: Oh!! Poor boy entire blood cells in your body are filled with that girl; there is no room for me to enter, I am really sorry, I am helpless.

Again with deep grief & disappointment Boy approached another girl &Conversation was like this…..

Boy: Oh!! Lovely Girl, I would like to forget my girl, will you help me?
Girl: Oh!! My dear, all your thoughts are filled with that girl; there is no space in your heart & brain. I am really sorry, I am helpless.

See friends Usually human mind addicts to drink/smoke, to replace his inner known/unknown emotions with cigarette or liquor etc. here I would like to share my views, if you really love your partner, even you get rejection from it, you may not required any alternatives to suppress or replace your emotions, let them go on its own way. Like ‘trees blossom in spring’. These are all natural things, that god has been created inside, I mean built in programs written by god, and we cannot operate them externally.

        Here I am stretching the words ‘really love’. because at any moment, if you get angry at your partner, that means there is no true love in you. You need to work on it. and I believe all smokers & drinkers are struggling with inner known/unknown emotions, that lead them to addict.

            When you are in love entire world appears so beautiful, kind and honest.waves of bliss flows around you.So in the kingdom of love, there is no place for angry, smoke/drink etc.  
        At the same time, remember girls/boys, you should not hurt the ego of your partner, especially when it is male energy, you need to take extra care. because male energy represents creativity, You know … Entire world is built up on men’s ego.  If there is no ego (+ve), you won’t find the progress in the world. So never hurt his ego, If so, it leads to a disaster (he will do Siva thandavam). J Female energy represents the deep receptivity energy,  So “Girls!! You should learn how to channelize men's ego towards positive results” (like Parvathi) J.
       Here I would like to share a simple technique, i.e. before taking any action for your relationship problems. Just think, “At any moment, am I getting angry at my partner?”, if the result is ‘YES’, then that is not a real love, you need to do more work to build the relation with your partner. this simple technique  can avoid all relationship problems, house harassment, acid attacks, divorce cases and murders. 
     Although it appears as a very simple technique and it is well known to everybody. When it comes to real world, applying this is so difficult. most of the cases we suppress our emotions for the sake of the society around us. More that you suppress your emotions, more the problems you will face, so release all your emotions through breathing, and empty your mind and purify your soul, then love energy will be filled with your body and you will enter in to the kingdom of love.
